Registration

Pre-Kindergarten registration At the Cuyler Elementary School will be held as follows:

Thursday, May 8
6:30 to 7:30 PM

IMPORTANT NEWS:

 Due to an increase in program funding, bus transportation is available.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Red Creek Central School Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program, a child must be 4 years old as of December 1, 2008 and have an up-to-date record of immunizations.

Registration

To complete the registration process, please submit the following:

        Copy of your child's birth certificate
        Pre-Kindergarten Application Form
        Completed Physician's Report  from your child's doctor
        Completed Transportation Release Form  if your child will be riding the bus
        Lead Screening
