Red Creek Juniors Celebrate Thanksgiving with Local Community Members

Red Creek Juniors Celebrate Thanksgiving with Local Community Members

On Thursday, November 7th, the Red Creek Class of 2026 hosted the annual community wide event, the Junior Supper. Members of the community came and enjoyed an evening filled with Thanksgiving favorites, and great conversations amongst family and friends alike. Community members also had the opportunity to bid on items that were donated from local businesses at a silent auction. Over 300 dinners were served. Red Creek Junior Class co-advisors Amber Blasko & Joseph Bonanno would like to thank all local businesses involved with the process. They would also like to thank members of the Red Creek CSEA and RCAA for their time and effort that made this event a great success. Highlighting the preparation were members of the Junior class that made over 60 pumpkin and apple pies at Red Creek’s own Opera House Cafe.

Says:  “I think the highlight of the evening for me was when I asked a community member how their meal was and the event as a whole. They told me that it reminded them of how it used to be," said Joe Bonanno, junior class advisor.  “I am grateful for the hard work that all the Juniors did that evening and in preparation. They are a great cohort of students to teach and advise.”

We had about 20-25 Juniors help that day
