Red Creek Musicians Headed to Area-All State

Each year, students across New York State attend the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) Solo Festival. Students perform a prepared solo and sight-reading, in front of a judge. The top scoring students from across Zone 2—Genesee Valley, Genesee-Wyoming, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans and Wayne County Schools—are selected to participate in the prestigious Area-All State Festival.

Red Creek CSD is proud to announce that Gloria A., Alexander B., and Sawyer J. have been selected for the Junior High Area-All State Festival. Gloria has been selected to sing in the Treble Choir, Alexander has been selected to sing in the Mixed Choir, and Sawyer has been selected to play in the Symphonic Band. The Junior High Area All-State Festival will take place at Webster Schroeder High School on November 7th & 8th.

Red Creek CSD is also proud to announce that Aylee C. and Ethan H. have been selected for the Senior High Area-All State Festival. Aylee has been selected to sing in the Mixed Choir and Ethan has been selected to play in the Symphonic Band. Braden Manley has also been selected as an alternate for the Mixed Choir. The Senior High Area-All State Festival will take place at Churchville-Chili High School on November 21st & 22nd.
