Red Creek Science Olympiad Shines Regional Competition
The Red Creek Science Olympiad team delivered an impressive performance this past Saturday at the LeMoyne regional competition, competing against 33 other teams from across the region. Despite being one of the smallest schools represented, the team held its own against significantly larger schools, some with graduating classes of over 1,000 students.
Outstanding Individual and Team Results
The competition featured a variety of challenging events, testing students’ skills in areas ranging from engineering to biology. Red Creek’s standout performances included several top placements:

A Team Effort with Exceptional Results
The team’s strong showing across diverse events culminated in an impressive 6th place overall finish out of 34 teams. This achievement speaks volumes about the students’ hard work and the support of their coaches and mentors. Competing against schools with significantly larger resources and student populations, Red Creek demonstrated that size is no barrier to success when matched with determination and passion.

With the LeMoyne Invitational behind them, the Red Creek Science Olympiad team now sets its sights on the New York State Science Olympiad competition, scheduled to take place at LeMoyne College on March 21-22.
